Within 5 mins of meeting my son she said “dont take this the wrong way” and pointed out that he had downward eyes and a big forehead and that could be related to something more serious called Soto Syndrome. He struggled with frequent, heavy nosebleeds for so long, and after seeing multiple doctors with no lasting solutions, Dr. Tirado was the only one who finally put an end to them!She is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Dr. Tirado is an amazing ENT. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her service to my child. My child was diagnosed by Dr. Tirado with a rare condition in the vocal chords called Congenital Webs. After 2 years of searching for answers she came to our rescue. My child has undergone two surgeries for correction and his speech began to sore with just the first procedure. The difference has been commendable! Dr. Tirado is amazing!!!! However the office staff is another thing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and do not provide accurate information regarding insurance requirements!!! They need to take a course in manners and billing/insurance
Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento con la doctora Yamilet Tirado, mi hijo es paciente de ella por mas de 6 anos, como ser humano es extraordinario tiene un Corazon de oro,mi hijo paso por 4 cirugias y ella siempre me ha llamado despues de cada cirugia para ver como estaba y siempre preguntandome si necesitaba algo. No hay muchos doctores asi como ella que se preocupen por cada paciente y siempre este ayudandolo cuando mas lo necesita. El equipo que la rodea es muy humano es incredible.
