What a pleasant first visit to my new Doctor, how many people ever say that? The office was orderly, the appointment was on time, and because this was my first visit I did not know what to expect. These days it seems hard to get an appointment with a new Doctor let alone enjoy the first visit. Doctor Castro was fantastic. He listened, asked questions, and shared plenty of time with me, I did not feel rushed at all. I know Dr. Chokshi from being a patient of hers. In many respects she saved my life on many thresholds, physically, spirituality mentally. She as a physician and individual has insights beyond many. Her contributions to the world can never be overstated. I profoundly miss her wisdom, her guidance, her passion, and her love. She is never far from my thoughts and gratitude for all that she has given me through her dedication to my care.

I had high hopes and was impressed with Dr Grill and her staff at my first appointment 6 months ago but since then my experiences have been subpar. Communication is very poor, MyChart messages are ignored and her staff nurse never calls back. It is incredibly frustrating! In person appointments can be rushed and robotic. I now feel like a number and not a patient that is cared for. I am disappointed and dissatisfied.

For each of my 3 visits (2 in person, 1 telehealth), I had to wait over an hour between the nurse triaging me and the doctor beginning her exam. No updates, explanations, nor apologies, as if to convey waiting 70 minutes in a paper gown is standard there. All 3 appt's were in the AM so it wasn't like she had all day to end up behind schedule. I've been to other TGMG sites, even ones with higher patient volume, and 1 hour + waits are not standard. It's just Dr. Doctor not being considerate of her patients' time.

My first time visit to Dr. Castro surprised me. For a long time I did not see such a nice and knowledgeable doctor with perfect bedside manners and sense of humor. He took time to talk to me with patience and kindness. He was very informative and give me many options how to treat my conditions. Highly recommend.

Made an appt 3 month ago, re-scheduled, take time off work, go to appt. And the lady said I didn’t have an appt. Never tried to fix problem, or help me. Just said there was nothing. Didn’t try to re schedule me for a third try.

So it seems like the positive 5 star reviews are probably from friends or family. Because all the negative reviews are straight on. He doesn't care about following up with patients. I've been having an on going issue for almost a year and I'm not holding my breath that it will get taken care of. I almost feel like if/when a procedure he does, doesn't turn out to what it should have actually been, he doesn't want to correct or hear about that "mistake" He's definitely arrogant and has one of the biggest God complexes I've eve... read more
