Absolutely pathetic. Does not communicate with clients. Sent an email with a referral in May 25, did not get a response. Chased referral end of July for a response to booking an appointment, was told to make an appointment between 5pm and 7pm Monday to Friday. Called three times between 5pm and 7pm only to have my calls ignored. Asked admin to respond to email, texts or return my call with appointment times available. I’ve only had one appointment via video link but felt that Dr Bisht wasn’t dismissive and listened to what my situation was has helped so far. It’s really hard to find a good psychiatrist so I’m pleased and grateful to finally have one. Making appointments with Monica was also great and she is lovely to deal with. Thank you 🙏
