Very disappointed with the front desk. I was never properly notified about an appointment, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff responded, “If you say you didn’t get it, then you didn’t get it.” That attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and made it feel like they were trying to put the blame on me for their own communication issue. Very poor customer service.
Huge mall with underground parking but poor management made it 80% dead.
