Unprofessional service, the doctor’ attitude is rude and impatient, the phone number provided just keep ringing, no one answer the phone at all. what they really care is the money, what you expect at this clinic are only yearly Annual physical examination and vaccine.

My newborn, unfortunately, has a medical condition that is more complicated than 99% of common cases. At the first appointment, Dr. Liu patiently went through the pile of reports from SickKids specialists and walked me through the key things I need to pay special attention to. She ensured that my child is receiving proper follow-up visits with the specialists and personally arranged a follow-up appointment on a nearby date to ensure that some minor metrics are on track.

It is impossible to book appointment! Staff never pick up phones, no response to emails at all! The doctor is always late for appointment, at least 30 minutes late! And the assistant did everything! Dr. Liu only come in at the last five minutes. You can't get any help from the doctor! They always ask you to go to the emergency, because the earliest appointment will be in at least a month, and the doctor can only give you a call, which is 2 or 3 days later! Get away from Dr. Liu!

刘医生诊所的前台服务非常不专业。前台态度粗鲁、言辞冒犯，未经通知就取消了我的预约，也没有及时告知我时间变更。此外，诊所的电话始终无人接听。这次经历让我感到非常失望和沮丧。
