Dr, Jackie Zhong has shown a lot of clinical experience when she saw me in the last 15 years. Her diagnoses are arcuate, effective and efficient. I respect her hard work attitude, professional experience & knowledge and feel i am in good hand for sure.
Doc waved my spouse through in 2 minutes to collect OHIP money without providing proper quality of care, and provided a prescription that did not help alleviate my spouse's symptoms. We ended up seeing a doctor at another walk-in clinic who spent the time to make a diagnosis, provided referrals for additional testing, and a prescription that actually helped.
