This is a BS place, took my information and said they will call back but never did. I walked in as it was closer to my home, asking for update and if I should look for other places as i havent heard back and the lady happily said look back if you dont hear back.
They took my name and insurance, said they'd call me back after "checking with Dr. Tran", whatever that means. Not sure why they couldn't tell me right then and there if they were accepting new patients or not. Never called me back.
Dr. Tran has been my PCP for over 15 years. She never disappoints! She is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Her staff is amazing too. A shout out to Ms. Rita who took extra good care of me on this last visit!
