Dr. Chen showed a lack of professionalism and insight. Instead of offering solutions, she placed all the blame on the parents and escalated the situation rather than helping to resolve it.
Do not go to see Dr. Chen, she is the worse don’t care about your feelings what so ever. I would not go even if they pays me.

这里的开药助理真的非常非常糟糕！很多次的电话问诊要么很不准时，要么就不打！打电话问前台，经常就是问你，钱确定给了吗？不然就是转接！转接半天没人接！！！垃圾！
I'm rly grateful to have met Dr.Chen as she played a large role in overcoming my depression along with my therapist. She's understanding and supportive to her patients, greatly admire this psychiatrist. I feel so fortunate, free and never felt this alive.
