Dr Xinke Chen is my primary dr for 2 years he is very good dr he always listen me and make a referral I need he’s good knowledge as a internal medicine but the past months i spent all day calling and calling try make appointment and not body awser the phone he needs upgrade his system also he’s overbooked has to wait 3 weeks to see your primary doctor I just consider to move on with other dr
If you get assigned to this dr. Please please change it to anyone else .. unless you like waiting 45mins-1 hour to be seen. The front office staff is incompetent. All they see is $$$ and just try to cram people in and no care . I wonder if i came 45mins - 1 hour late would my appt be still honored or would it be cancelled . I fractured my foot and had to wait 1 week to see the dr to get the referral . Thank God it wasn’t anything serious .. the older lady is the worse . Dr. Chen is the best primary care physician we have come across! He is so knowledgeable and caring. His professional suggestions are strongly backed by his extensive research background, which is so unique and impressive based on my family's experiences. Staffs and nurses are also great!
Dr. Chen is awesome he care about his patients he listens to your concerns and he doesn't sugar coat he tells you just like it is. he's not one of those doctors that just rush you through. I first met Dr. Chen when I was hospitalized and he's been my Doctor every since and its been over 5 years and he's still awesome so is his staff.
