I have been Dr Sun’s patient for over 12 years. I can’t believe the horrible reviews left about Raquel. She has always been responsive, respectful. The lady that was terminated🤦♂️there had to be good reasons. She basically runs that office by herself to billing, authorizations, and dealing with difficult patients. Weird because she has never been rude to me ever.
BEWARE OF THIS 2 MAN CIRCUS. First appt. In early jan., 2025 - ok. But noticed receptionist had authoritative attitude towards patients. I go to my 2nd appt in. Jan. 2025. And raquel tells me my medical group had terminated me. ME kindly asked: you could've called me and let me know before I came. RAQUEL authoritatively replies:IT'S NOT MY JOB. IT'S YOUR RESONSIBILITY! You need to get rid of your receptionist. I don't understand the logistics of why billing has had an issue for months. I have an EPO and is Neurologist in network with Aetna. I was at a hospital for Viral Meningitis and Sun was the Neurologist specialist seeing me. The hospital released me and had me follow up with him by a certain time frame. If I could give 0 stars to this doctor s staff specifically Raquel I would. She is rude, discourteous and quick to escalate. She doesn't listen to anything and effectively is tyrannical and rude. I wish there was a way to deal directly with the doctor or have a more courteous doctor.
