The first day when my dauguter has her brace on, one bracket fall off when she is eating soup. The next day was Thursday, the office is closed. I called at 9am on Friday, the front desk told me that the doctor will not be here for the whole day, and she said that "I have nothing to do with it!!" Terrible attitude, sounds like it is my daughter's fault. Both the quality and service is big concern.
