RecommendedI see Dr. Vaillancourt in Riverhead & Daniel in Patchogue, both great! The staff Sam who makes appointments on the phone is not so nice. I asked when will yhe dr have an opening for my wife and I heard her say something about October. I then asked if she could make both our appointments for then but heard her sigh and say "I just told you we don't have his schedule for October yet." You guys need watch out during your interviews for pepple like this.
Dr. Gutesblatt is a great MS doctor - so knowledgeable and understanding!
Cannot get in touch with anyone. They never answer the phone. My dr isnt even on their extension number nor is he on their website.
As a long time patient of South Shore neurologic I couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Xian his work has given me an actual quality of life without constant migraine.

I go for my infusions at the Islip office. The nurses make me feel like a member of the family. Aside from administering my infusion the emotional support they give me gets me threw each month.
For 10+ years, I have been through hell and back with extreme muscle spasms and nuerological issues. I have stopped counting the number of doctors that I've seen. Dr. Gudesblatt and the staff at the Islip office have all been incredible to say the least, and I couldn't recommend them enough.
THE PATCHOUGE OFFICE IS A JOKE NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE WHEN YOU WALK IN THERE THE RECEPTIONIST IS JUST SITTING THERE.. TOOK OVER THREE WEEKS FOR MY PHARMACITY TO GET AN INSURANCE CODE TO REFILL A PRESCRIPTION MANAGMENT REALLY SHOULD BE FIRED
