I get excellent care from Dr. Newton. He listens to me. He explains things so that I understand and is my idea of a perfect family physician. I have recommended him to many friends.
Dr Newton is very calm and his bedside manner is excellent. My only problem is you can't get an appointment with him for months when you need him. I am told to go to urgent care. The front desk staff needs a little more customer service skills and maybe they should smile a little more.
