I had an upper back molar giving me pain; I saw Dr. W. Simons, for a root canal. I was pleased that I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Once inside, Dr. Simons explain everything to me, what was involved in a root cannel procedure, and how he was going to do it. I had an emergency root canal about 2 yrs ago and was very pleased with Dr. Simon. He made me feel very comfortable, eases your worries, is very thorough and explains each step. I liked that I got to watch the entire procedure on the screen. Here we go again, another emergency. Unfortunately, Dr. Simon was booked and went to another Endo whom wanted to re-do an older root canal and the new one that was causing me such pain. Dr. Simons is fantastic, especially if you have a tough situation, which I have had several times, and each time he has done a miraculous job. He can work with/through a bridge. He can clean up gums that have infected the tooth. I have had dental work for decades, up and down the West Coast due to my employment, and he is the best endodontist I have ever met. He will do an excellent, thorough, clean, impeccable job. I highly recommend to anyone.

My numerous medical experiences have seldom been enjoyable but I have to say that Dr. Simon and his treatment for me was a positive time. Dr. Simon is personable, communicative, and a highly skilled Endodontist. Dr. Simon and his team are efficient and professional. I am highly impressed and recommend them without reservation.

It is clear why Dr. Simons has the excellent ratings he has. He's thorough, professional and precise while being comforting and supportive. My situation had a bit of history to it, so it wasn't immediately clear how to handle it. Dr. Simons figured out the cause of my discomfort and corrected it.
