Customer service is abysmal. They refuse to answer any communication. Wasted thousands of dollars.
just a bad company. they take your money then don't answer emails or phone calls. go with literally anyone else. also, they won't make your teeth straight. they will still be crooked at the end of treatment, and if you let them know, they'll try to charge you for a rescan over their own mistakes.
