I was a patient here for about two years. Unfortunately, my experience during my final visit was disappointing. I felt dismissed when asking reasonable questions about insurance coverage and payment options and when I raised concerns about how the situation was being handled, the interaction became defensive and uncomfortable. I absolutely love Dr. Bay and Staff!!!I was very nervous to be at the dentist due to past experiences, " The staff and doctor was well aware of my fear". They were so kind and caring. Just made me feel comfortable overall. Dr. Bay was quite the comedian, I mean do mean hilarious. The worst part was the numbing which is what I feared but I didnt even feel it and didnt know he was done until he said the worst part was over. Dr. Bay is one of the best dentists I have ever had. His office staff is great. They treat you like family. He also never does anything that you would not need. I highly recommend him.
