I had an excellent experience from start to finish. My surgery was projected to have a 12-16 month wait time and I got a call after 8 months. Dr. Menesi did a great job and I am very satisfied.
Drove over 2 hours with the cost of gas, paid good $$ for a consult for a lip lift only to be told his suggestion is to get lip injections instead. If that's what i wanted I would have saved myself the time and money 5 minutes in and out. smh. The moment I saw him I felt out of place and uncomfortable. Like I was not his usual clientele
I had a painful lump on my finger, I was referred to Dr Menesi. He barely glanced at my hand and told me "That's scar tissue, nothing I can do." I asked him to look again, as I could tell it was more than scar tissue, but he showed no interest in helping me. Afterwards he filled out an inaccurate summary of our conversation on my medical record. I have never witnessed such poor character from staff in the medical field. The lack of composure is heard in the tone they speak to you with. Instead of being so defensive, they could work on accountability.
Dr.Menest is an amazing Doctor.He gave me excellent service.The surgery i had done was better than i expected..
