My husband recently had follow-up appointments scheduled after his surgery that he was not made aware of. He is very diligent about writing down all of his appointments, so this has been frustrating—especially since this is now the third time this has happened. It wasnt him, it was his PA, And she was AMAZING!! I do want to adknowledge the young man assistant who took me to my room. HE WAS AMAZING! VERY KIND, CONSIDERATE, CARING, AND PERSONAL. HES ONE OF A MILLION.
Had my first appointment and it went smoothly. Had no problems getting my insurance approved and Dr. Moore took the time to answer all my questions. Will be having shoulder replacement surgery on March 3rd.
Dr. Moore has performed surgery on both of my shoulders. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. I feel as though Dr. Moore genuinely cares about the patients that he is treating.
