Dr. Choy is an excellent doctor. HIs billing dept leaves a lot to be desired. I have left several messages at his office; billing dept and practice administrator. No one returns my call. My husband and I were patients at that practice but now we have decided to go elsewhere because of the billing dept . They continue to bill us. I have contacted my insurance company (Cigna) to make sure I was correct. I was informed that Dr. Choy is IN Network and I should not have a balance. In fact, I believe they owe me money. Great staff ! I have used Dr. Choy now for both of my knee replacement surgeries and am very pleased! His Physician Assistants are very knowledgeable !
DR. CHOY has an amazing team to guide you from beginning to end of any issue needing surgery. If he recommends that you are not a candidate for surgery, there is a reason. Personally, I had to wait for awhile but now, I can't thank him enough!

What an unprofessional run around. The PA told me my right knee was bone on bone did several cortisone injections and was scheduled for surgery for March 2023. I went for a Pre op appt the appt confirmation on my phone sent me to the wrong office, then when Dr Choy saw me he had no papers came in said I was not a candidate for surgery. Then I asked why did the PA schedule me for surgery 2 months ago! , he replied I am the surgeon I have the final say.
