The doctor is nice but he has a medical asst is rude! I had a sinus and ear infection. The tech told me the doctor will call you when he gets them. Proceeded to tell me "you can leave now" then said unless you have something else. In front of other patients I had to tell her about the infections. What about the confidentially what happened? I am going back to get the report and he asked me about do I have an Ent doctor. Now I have to go find one. Be careful of the asst!?!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Wilmer Valentin and his team. The staff was excellent from start to finish. The nurse who attended me was very attentive, and she drew blood with such care that I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me—due to the urgency of my situation, they managed to get my OB referral ready before I even left the office. I'm incredibly grateful for the attention and efficiency of everyone involved. Highly recommend!
