The staff was incredibly rude and the dr was worse. I would not let him touch me if I was dying. I filed a formal complaint with the Vice President of the McLeod MPA. It’s seriously incredibly sad people get away with treating sick hurting people that way. I would rate them a - 15 stars if I could. That was by far the Worst experience I’ve ever had with Any Drs visit. My son missed school l, I missed work, drove over 120 miles to be treated like trash. Wow is all I can say. What happened to trying to help people?
I would never go back to this Dr. ever again .
Dr. Edwards pretty well rebuilt 3 platforms in my neck that have been all but blinding me at times. Since the surgery(2016), the pain has not returned and still very happy with the results. DR. Edwards will be the only one if more surgery is ever needed.
Told me i was overweight!!! Didn't even try to find out what was wrong with my back and its been going on over year. Had to break it to him that i was at same weight before back problems! He acted like i was wasting his time! Find another doctor that will help you cause it wont be him!
