Be careful. My wife called today 7/8/25 to inquire about an issue. What she got was an attitude from a person that works there.
I took my daughter into the office and the women who work there were very unprofessional with children with special needs she asked if my husband was there and we had to switch why did we have to switch when I was back there with her ? Umm I was very upset and won't be returning! Very unprofessional! Will be going to another eye place where I will be respected and not asked to wait out in the waiting room for my husband to take my place
Paid $45. Co pay to see specialist, When 95% of visit was done by a technician.. Dr. appears for last 2 min. of visit and that included intros.. Also asked if I wanted a script and wanted $30. Additional
I've been "seeing" Dr. Wagnon for this entire year : ) His staff are amazing: friendly, competent, and caring. The good Doctor is first class, he possesses an easygoing manner, yet will not allow self-delusion in patients. He gave reasonable expectations, and then exceeded them. When he hit a wall, he, without hesitation, made a referal (with options). In a word: "Excellence"
