All of my three children had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Francis during the past 15-20 years and we were very satisfied. Yesterday I called his office concerning a new medical/dental issue and the receptionist put me on hold so she could personally go talk to him. They made an appointment that day for me and were very instrumental in helping us get the care we needed after the emergency room incorrectly diagnosed an issue. I am 67 and never had a dental issue until two years ago when a tooth cracked. I literally was traumatized, needed an emergency extraction and didn't know what to expect. My dentist recommended Dr. Francis. He got me in THAT DAY and got it done with minimal pain and maximum compassion and follow up. We subsequently went the implant route and long story short, we are back to normal and good as new. A sincere THANK YOU!
