Ordered my contact lenses from Anytime Contacts, which Dr William Trinh is listed as the optometrist but have not received it. Have spoken to THREE different staff members who give different information. Very frustrating experience.
Outstanding customer service and products! Best priced contacts in Sydney! Purchased on line with a very easy website, received contacts in 1 day and called receptionist to request receipt (which had already been sent to me) and had a second receipt in less than 5 minutes! Will be recommending this optometrist to all my family and friends!
Give it 2 stars just for the optometrist (man) is nice. But would give 1 star for the receptionist, she sounded aggressive and angry when talking on the phone with me. I went there twice and had to wait so long. If you make appointment at 1pm, you're better come at 2pm because they literally made me wait for around an hour for my booked appointments twice. I wanted to find a place to be loyal for my eye health but now i have to find another place. Quite disappointed!
