I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated by this doctor tonight after coming in for heart palpitations that had been going on for several hours. There was no compassion in his actions or words, and I felt like an idiot just for going there in the first place. His nurses were wonderful though.
Very rude he didn’t care at all
This Doctor doesn’t even deserve one star. He was very arrogant and rude. He acted like we were an inconvenience.
I went in because we had just found out I was pregnant and I was about a month along. Dr Yates proceeded to tell me I wasn’t even pregnant while I was actively miscarrying which we realized once I got back home. His nurse was no better than he was but I didn’t get her name. They wouldn’t do an ultrasound or even a blood test. Had no sympathy or bedside manner whatsoever. This man is a Doctor at the Emergency Room at Glenwood Medical Center In West Monroe La, I have never in my life met someone so arrogant and unprofessional! The last place he needs to be is in a hospital with sick people needing someone to help them. He looked me in the eyes and asked me what do i want him to do? I said your Job! I told him your the Doctor. Wife has been throwing up for the past 3 weeks, tells us to have a nice day.s then we read his report and it’s all a lie!!! he done nothing at all that was in his report!
