Dr. McCunniff not only addressed my medical concerns thoroughly but also remembered personal details about my life, such as my job and recent marriage, which made the experience feel genuinely caring and thoughtful. As a healthcare provider myself, I spend my days taking care of others, so it meant a great deal to feel so supported and cared for in return. I deeply appreciated the compassion and attention he gave to me as a whole person, not just a patient chart.
