Appreciated the professionalism, timeliness and friendliness. Made an awkward situation much more comfortable. Being in the medical field 40+ yrs myself, nice to see a well coordinated office. Thanks to all I came into contact with during my appointment.
I have found Dr. Shields to be friendly, and he takes the time to answer questions. Afterward, he stopped by to give me an update and to see how I was doing. This is also how the rest of the nursing staff are as well. They are all very friendly and professional.
It was my first time having a colocoscopy done and everybody was very nice and kind. Dr William shields was awesome and would definitely recommend him and gj endoscopy center to everybody.
