Writing from Massachusetts to applaud Dr. Luking's efforts to expose the needless suffering and sometimes loss of life to individuals in NC unable to received needed health care because the Governor and legislature of North Carolina decided not to expand Medicaid coverage to the poor and working poor of the state.
