Women answering the phone speak to the public in a completely unprofessional manner. Insurance website and google say there is an office in Miami Lakes. Went to the address on day of appointment turns out the Dr. only works out of a Hialeah office. Why hasn't anyone made these changes on the internet/insurance website? And why aren't they informing new patients?? There was no phone call to verify upcoming appointment. Made the trip for nothing.
