I fell super ill & couldn’t find a doc to help me. I saw tons of specialist. I finally stormed in Dr. reschleys office demanding help & wasn’t very nice ab it. I was scared I was dying it was so severe. the symptoms were unbearable & i developed crazy concerning signs. Dr reschley put up w/a lot of crap from me & kept working to find answers. I waited for an hour for him to walk in the exam room. I asked is it normal for someone to wait an hour? He replied with not normally what time was your appointment? I replied with 9 AM and it was 10 AM then. He then said to me, I’m not gonna have a confrontational appointment with you. He gave me two choices. I could either get my co-pay refunded and cancel my appointment or we can move forward. No apologies for wasting my time because apparently my time isn’t worth anything. Husband saw Dr. and had a very pleasant experience. The office staff are all friendly and Dr Reschly was very knowledgeable. Was able to help him and he is on the way to back to normal hearing!!! Would highly recommend this office and Doctor.
