3 years ago I had a great experience here and wrote a review with 5 stars. Unfortunately I have had to change my review to 2 stars. Prior to the COVID shutdown I had an exam, and since I desired Oakley sunglasses, was given my prescription to take elsewhere. Unbeknownst to me the prescription showed me as near sighted and not far sighted, as I am. Because of the pandemic, my sunglasses took 3 months to receive. For several years my family has had good experiences here with Dr. Pimienta and my disappointment is not with him it is with the store side of his business. Due to COVID and being a small business owner I chose to pay more for my frames this year and purchase from their store rather than Costco, I know we could all use the support right now.
