I was greeted warmly by MA. A bolt had fallen off my power wheelchair and my husband fixed “good enough”. The MA came back with a small bag of tools for him to try! It worked and it was fixed. Thank you for your compassion. Doc was very nice, definitely kept to task with the many questions. He was tolerant of my cometic and vague answers re symptoms.
