My husband, two of my three children, and myself switched to Dr. Lavietes in Westminster from another provider, and we couldn't be happier. Gina, at the front desk, is so kind and professional, and always greets us by our first names, when we visit for our weekly allergy shots. Dr. Lavietes is knowledgeable, warm, and listens to us. We all receive allergy shots and asthma treatments, and my children actually look forward to their visits. The care we have received has been excellent!
The staff is professional and courteous while still maintaining a personable atmosphere. The doctors are superb and allow you to change if the need arises. My favorite front desk person is Bridgette because she puts up with me and has a great personality. Additionally, anytime I have an issue or problem whether it be billing or wait time, the office manager Ashley always listens and takes immediate action when necessary. I came for convenience but will stay because of the level of care
