It was my second time in Spencer, and in spite of my being in quarantine, Dr. Oliva came to speak to me as soon as I was settled and thereafter saw me at least once a day all five days. I was struggling with BP1, especially the mania. Dr. Oliva suggested I try lithium, which I did though very reluctantly. So far it has worked better than anything else I've tried. He also assured me that along with my ketamine infusions and lithium together that I was going to feel a whole lot better. He was right.
