Efficient, thoughtful, caring staff and physician - a truly excellent experience!
Dr. Levine always extends himself. For example, while my symptoms were not indicative of any post surgical shoulder issue from a replacement two years prior, Dr. Levine x rayed and examined me and subsequently referred to to a non surgical neck rehab specialist. Great doctor. He preformed rotator cuff surgery on me 3 times! Once on the left and twice on the right. I needed the right rotator cuff repaired twice because of a fall 11 years later. Each time he and his staff were excellent. This is the guy you want to go to for shoulder problems!
My experience with Levine was just horrible. He is impatient, rude, arrogant and so unhelpful. He rushed to give a diagnosis. He refused to hear what I had to say. He didnt give me a chance to explain myself. Blamed me and my PT for my pain and then in his notes he lied and wrote he explained many things at the visit. The notes were even made up. Half the things he didn't explain. The worst experience I have ever had. If your in pain, seek a doctor who will be compassionate and definitely not this one.
