FIRE THE OFFICE STAFF!!! Dr. Young is the best doctor in the world! However, the office staff needs to be fired! They are the most incompetent and unprofessional group I've ever encountered. They never perform their duties correctly, and I constantly have to follow up to ensure my son's prescriptions are submitted to the pharmacy on time. PLEASE FIRE THE OFFICE STAFF!!!
