I made an appt that I had to leave work for and brought my FSA card to cover the copay my card would not work and when I explained I would have to take care of it once I left . I was then told they couldn't see me because I couldn't cover my copay as another lady waiting kept saying they can bill you. I was also not a new patient and owed them nothing. I will not be back since $40 means that much to them.

Surgery team was not prepared despite previous appointment. The day of surgery I was told I would be receiving morphine to monitor pain. I’m allergic to that medicine and had confirmed that information with preop nurse. Breakdown in communication between Dr. Hadesman, the surgeon, and his supporting team had occurred. Anesthesiologist was not prepared for the plan that had been agreed upon. Broke my wrist and is doing a wonderful job taking care of me.Office staff is wonderful as well.Very organized with taking care of appointments .The waiting time is very short seeing him.Gets a 5 star from me.??

I have been a patient of Dr. Hadesman for decades. Yes, he leaves the room frequently to do phone consultations with other doctors, but he always returns and gives his undivided attention to his patient. He has operated on my hand and my knees. He took a conservative approach to my knees for years, enabling me to continue teaching until my body said, "It's time." Dr. Hadesman seems like a good and personable doctor, however they fitted me for a knee brace and didn't tell me how extremely expensive the brace was. Since I hadn't hit my deductible I had to pay $600 for a knee brace that I wore for one day. They should be a little more forthcoming if they're going to fit you with something that you could buy a new couch for.

I did not like Dr Hadesman. He was smacking chewing gum. He left the exam room 3 times without explanation. He did not discuss the plan of care with me and get my approval. He just, boom, gave me 2 shots in my knee. He didn’t tell me how much it would hurt. When I asked, “What should I expect from the shot?” I didn’t get a good answer or side-effect cautions. I was handed a sheet of exercises. I wish they had shown me how to do them, some of the directions were confusing at home.

Though I believe that Dr Hadesman is a good surgeon, his staff is incompetent. They set you up for referral appointments and don't tell you. Then you get calls you are late for an appt you didn't know about. They also charge you for after surgery care appts even though other doctors include it as part of the surgery. Because of this, I will look for other doctors in the future.

I have seen Dr. Hadesman twice for a problem with knee pain. Both my visits were informative and helpful. The Dr. has a great personality and knows how to make you feel comfortable. I feel he is knowledgeable and very experienced. I'm not done with my needs yet, but I do intend to continue seeing him.
