Dr. William Epps put inaccurate notes in my medical file and his bedside manner was inappropriate and rude. Thankfully, I did not listen to him and sought out a second opinion.
Dr Epps did an excellent job on my reduction. The was proper size was chosen and believe it or not I had no pain after. He was very thorough with the information prior to surgery and after surgery. I was really pleased with the surgery, care, and after care. Also, I healed very well with very little scaring that I’m sure will diminish over time.
