I experienced an acute bacterial infection in my right index finger that escalated quickly with extreme swelling, redness, and pain. I had previously been to an urgent care and ED the days following and it kept getting worse. Dr Baader called me in on a Saturday at 5:30 pm for an urgent incision and drainage. After nearly two months of correspondence, he informed me that he did not actually know how to perform the surgery I requested. I had also asked the receptionist if he had performed the surgery I asked, and she said he had. As well as this, the receptionist is frequently difficult to reach- despite the operating hours posted as 9am-5pm, she was frequently unavailable after 1pm.

Very attentive. Goes the extra mile to take care of the patient. Devoted to providing best care. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Best plastic surgeon/ hand surgeon in the area.
I made four visits to Dr. Baader in the course of getting a benign cyst removed from my thumb. I enjoyed every visit. Dr. Baader is a big man, and his conversational style can be pretty high energy. He's friendly, fun to talk to, and he treats patients very well. I found Dr. Baader to be a good listener, attentive to my concerns, and not in a mad rush to get to the next patient. His reputation as a surgeon is first rate.
Great Doctor Office visit was great. quick and not a waist of time. He knew exactly what needed to be done, scheduled my surgery for 2 days later and then referred me to occupational hand therapy to regain movement of my finger. great overall experience. My finger is healed and I'm back to work full duty no problem.
