April 2016 : I put off getting a partial for many years, because friends told me they were uncomfortable. I am so glad that Dr Kats, talked me into one. There is no discomfort, fit perfect and look great. Thanks to the staff, working with insurance, I still had to pay out of pocket not as much though. My experience at Tower Dental was GREAT!!! The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. My initial visit was to have my X-rays and plan my treatment. Everything was explained in detail as to what was going to take place so that put my mind at ease. Dr. Ann was great in reassuring me that I would be in good hands and I was. Dr. Ann removed my teeth and repaired a chipped within 30 mins. NOW I CAN SMILE again without being embarrassed. A BIG THANK YOU to the ladies that worked on me...Laura , Dr. Ann and Zinica.
