Dr. Kamanda is a person who takes advantage of people and uses them without paying the price. He personally hired me to build his IT laboratory to use for cognitive testing and was quoted around 4 thousand for us to build a 30 computer center for him. He only payed the down payment of 1.5 thousand and never payed the rest upon completion. Dr. Kamanda is not only a theif but also a scam artist. Steer clear from an unethical human being who takes advantage of people whenever he has the opportunity
The only Doctor that I have been to that does not rush you out in 15 minutes. He really takes the time and listens to you.
