One year ago in May 2023 Dr Kachele put on a new crown and had to do a core buildup. The temporary crown fell off in five days, which I had to go back and have reglued on.He then placed the permanent crown. Which was terribly uncomfortable I had pressure and cold sensitivity, I could feel the edge of the open crown margin with my tongue. I went and had second and third opinions and exams. Thank God for Dr. Kachele! My son was at a wrestling tournament in Holtville on a Saturday.On his last match as he reaches for his opponent, he bumps his mouth on his opponent’s head. His tooth flys out and blood all over the mat. I called Jennifer not knowing what to do. She then told me that she spoke to Dr. Kachele and he will meet us at his office . Visit to the dentist, Dr. Kachele was STELLAR!!! 'In December I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Kachele for a dental procedure, the experience was the top of excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an attentive staff that made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Kachele is not good at providing a pain free experience, was told, did not pay attention. Staff failed at insurance billing. Paid cash upfront then insurance never properly billed.
