I drive from South Charlotte to receive the excellent dental care I receive from Dr. Monroe and his staff. They truly care about their patients and are very thorough when explaining treatment plans and/or options.

I called this office around the 3rd week in November and asked did they take my insurance which is Medicade and was told yes. I did not make an appointment due to the holidays. Then I had an emergency a couple days later so I called, spoke to a lady who set up my appointment. When my she found out who my insurance was her entire polite personality changed and she snapped and said we don't take your insurance. I explained that they had said they did and even sent me medical forms to fill out and return online which I competed... read more

My whole family comes here. They do excellent work. They also have an amazing staff & environment! My 2 year old daughter even loves it. I've been coming to Dr. Monroe for over 10 years. He's even saved multiple of my Dads teeth that others were going to pull. He also took amazing care of grandma when her old office would make her wait in the waiting room for unreasonable amounts of time. What a first class place with people who really care about your overall health!

Amazing experience! My first time going and they took such great care of me. Dr. Kevin Monroe was very patient with me and gentle. Would recommend them to anyone. Love the diversity and the strong women presence there as well. So glad I came.
