Dr Hirota is thorough, knowledgeable, experienced, and responsible with his care.
I called his front desk to leave him a message as he was my gi doctor and I am having intestinal issues, plus the er told me to call him. His front was rude and told me to go-to the er and used a very aggressive tone like I was a toddler bothering her for the millionth time. Now they have canceled me from Franciscan/Virginia Mason health care cause I wasn't nice to her after that. Worse doc imo. Front desk gatekeeper him. Front desk needs to go back to basic English class.
Dr Hirota has been my digestive specialist since Dr Berg retired. And that started in 1994! Dr. Hirota so very kind and great at taking time with patients and explaining things!
