His caring and willingness to spend whatever time is needed with you should rank him a solid 5. When I need to wait, I think that he’s giving another patient whatever he or she needs, and he will do the same for me.
I have been a patient for about 15 years. She is always about an hour late to appointments and she recently messed up my life permanently by diagnosing me incorrectly for 2 years and I had really bad side effects

I've always found her very nice and accommodating.
The staff is nice enough but they leave patients waiting for almost 2 hours. Dr. Frane is kind but also quite distant as she really doesn't seem like she has time for you. Sometimes I feel like they, at the clinic don't really want me there. I really dread the thought of going there and am in search of a more professional Dr. & clinic.
She's normally an ok doc but has was seems to be periodic bi-polar outbreaks. It upset me so much that I haven't gone to her since.
Dr McAlpine has been my doctor for more than 20 years. I have trusted him with my life and the lives of my children.
Dr. McAlpine is very knowledgeable, caring, and has phenomenal follow up with his patients.
