Extremely professional, detailed and took the time to explain my medical issue. His diagnosis was clear and to the point. Received treatment and instructions for therapy.
I appreciate Dr. Jackson’s conservative approach to pain management. Even though he is a surgeon, that’s not the first line approach. I hoping his recommended therapy will resolve my issues and surgery won’t be necessary, but I trust that if it comes to that we will have exhausted all other treatments. He is friendly and professional and his staff is very caring and compassionate.
