I was seen at my appointed time and spent very little time in the waiting room. Dr. Van Wyk listened patiently to whatever I shared or asked. He answered every one of my questions and explained each of my concerns thoroughly. I was impressed with the knowledge and cooperation of all the staff. I will definitely return to him if the need arises.
Doc is great and understanding staff is also.
We were first introduced to Dr Van Wyk in 2006 with a wrist and growth plate injury. He took the situation to a dr board to get a broad approach to the delicate situation. Many years later, another injury, Dr Van Wyk and his staff promptly retrieved injury reports and set up a course for complete and conservative healing. He has helped us navigate other obstacles, willing to find the proper care for the situation and help put course of care into action. Personable and professional!
It starts with the Staff. His staff is excellent. 1) If there in office they Answer. 2) If its clinic day or there out, they got back to me timely. 2) No answering machine, an actual Answering Service who will text Dr or staff your issue. Dr Vanwyk was thorough with my exam, explained options and procedure process for each option. He scheduled me for additional test to ensure his diagnosis. Dr. Van Wyk spent a lot of time explaining the condition and the procedure, even drew pictures to show me what would be done. I'm very pleased with the results. His staff is friendly and communicates well.
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Wyk, and all of the staff that surrounds him. I truly think I found one of the greatest gems in Fort Worth, and without a doubt had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a medical establishment visiting his office. Best doctor ever!! He helped me so much. I'm no longer in pain from carpal tunnel. Best staff ever!! Very patient and answered all my questions and called me the next day after each surgery to check on me. Dr. Performed formed surgery on both my wrists. He is wonderful. Thank you Doctor and staff. I have known Dr. Van Wyk for many years and have been treated by him several times, and have come to appreciate his office staff for their efficiency, friendliness, and helpfulness. He is an excellent surgeon, diagnostician, and very efficient in surgery. He knows exactly what needs to be done, and does it.
Many years ago I had a trigger finger on my left hand. Dr. van Wyk operated on it and it is fine to this day. His nurses were very thoughtful and encouraging.
