After a 40 minute wait, Dr. Morrow arrived and asked me how I was doing. I told him I was frustrated that I had to wait 40 minutes as I was the first appointment of the day. He immediately responded that he did not feel comfortable treating me and asked me to leave. When I asked him why, he told me that it was his decision and that he would call the police if I didn’t leave. That was the extent of it. I saw this doctor in the past and he stands out as the worst I've experienced. I had a CT scan done and when I arrived to his office for my appointment with the images on a CD, I was told I needed hard copy images. I ran around getting that (a nightmare) and came back to the office with over 30 hardcopy images. The nurse put them outside my door, and in walked the doctor 30 seconds later claiming he had reviewed the images and they looked good. (Physically impossible to have done in that amount of time). If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your time going to this office. The office staff is unprofessional and downright rude. Within 3 weeks, I called 4 times, never was my call returned and I sent 2 emails that no one answered. We were told that the doctor would be available on Monday and Wednesdays, changed around my daughter's schedule (labs on Wed. instead of Mondays) and we were going to have her come home on train on Saturday, get her shot on Monday and fly her back to Boston Monday night - once a month f... read more
Waited an hour to have him spend 5 minutes with me, then walked out the door!!! The office is not pleasant ! Will not return !!!
Wrecker. Now sicker because of him. Class action suit on the drugs he was put on unnecessarily.
The worst. He doesn't give you any time, doesn't listen and rushes you in and out. The only star is for his staff who were all very nice and helpful.
I went there three times each visit was worse. Seemed like I was just coming back to give him another $50 co-pay. I went in there with earwax and left with tinnitus after I complained that I followed his directions and had ringing in my ear. he didn’t want to see me anymore .
Office staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. Both my husband and I had hearing tests completed in one visit, and the doctor reviewed the results with us. We both felt very confident in the care Dr. Morrow and his staff provided! Very thankful for the care we received!
Superb and caring Doctor and staff. Takes time to explain and takes time to listen. Highly recommend.
