I went in because one of his crowns came off, i got into the chair an he ran out the back door.. an left for a emergency,sent the dental hygienist in to tell me…I finally had his associate reinstall the crown.he has since caused me to have to get a root canal on that tooth.. an now i have found out that the reapplied crown is not set correctly an now i have to have crown he reinstalled removed an fill a cavity then purchase a new crown… avoid this dentist..
I’ve been a patient for several years. I love the friendly staff and Dr Lenz has a great personality. It’s very rare that I see him and don’t have a good laugh. He makes me feel so comfortable and stress free. I referred 3 people to him and they all like him and his work.
