I'm not easy to please. From the professional phone manners making the appointment to the exam to purchasing the glasses=Perfect! I would recommend this practice to everyone.
RecommendedMy daughter misplaced her inexpensive spare pair of glasses and had outgrown her “good pair” we bought at Dr Filchak. I called to see if it was possible to order a pair and even in the middle of a pandemic Dr Filchak answered the phone had me look online and pick a color of the same style frames as we previously had. Ordered the frames, and lenses then he measured her eyes for the bifocals and cut the lenses to fit the frames in 20 min.
