I went to Dr Rousseau’s office to retreat 2 root canal’s. The overall visit was phenomenal. From the initial customer service from the desk staff, to his support staff assisting with the actual procedure, to the after care with providing detailed instructions and answering all my questions directly and promptly. I appreciate Natasha and Kelly and all the staff for making this a seamless visit. They exceeded my expectations and I’m a stickler for customer service, especially with health appointments.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rousseau for years. He is fast, very competent, and very personable. Highly recommend him!
I've been seeing Dr. Rousseau's office since I was fairly young. Recently I had a concern about what looked like some damage on my front teeth, but wasn't able to visit his office on such short notice so I went to another office in the meantime to make sure it was okay. The office was a corporate provider, let's just call them "Mend". This office gave me a scary assessment, but one that felt inaccurate. Outstanding professional with attention to detail and committed to excellent patient care. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Rousseau did a root canal for me. He was gentle with the novocaine, and did a very good job. I highly recommend him. I had no pain while he worked on me. They also squeezed me in fairly quickly.
